JEAN OLIVER Jean’s is the voice that most telephone callers to E A Kench & Co will hear first of all, offering a cheerful welcome to all who call us. She is a local girl, and attended Chiltern Edge School and Henley College, where she took GCSEs in sociology and psychology. She has been with E A Kench & Co since 1993, and liked the firm from the outset, finding it friendly and well organised. Jean now supports an ever-growing staff in almost every way imaginable, from typing to organising client lunches in the Board Room, which she really enjoys. Jean’s main recreation is music. She has been a singer/songwriter since the age of nine, when she first started learning to play the guitar. She has recorded tapes and an album, and played a mini tour and London venues with her former group. Her natural greenfingers, put to good effect at her allotment, mean that we are sometimes treated to wonderful local produce. |

MEGHAN HARRISON is our newest member of the team and joined us in August 2008. A local girl, Meghan grew up in Emmer Green and, like Jean, Meghan also attended Chiltern Edge and The Henley College, where she studied Law, Psychology, English Language and Literature and Business Studies. Meghan’s main interest and hobby is horse-riding, sitting on her first horse at the age of 6 months old. She took a liking to the sport straight away, and has continued with her equestrian interest ever since. Meghan competed at the National British Dressage Championships in 2007 coming 4th individually and her team coming 1st! She owns a horse named Silver, and is therefore our very own Lone Ranger – Hi Ho Silver! Chatty and quirky, Meghan has settled in very quickly at Kench & Co, so much so, she is often mistaken for Jean on the telephone!
